Maj. Gen. Richard
Thomas, M.D., D.D.S, FACS, is the commanding general of the Western Regional
Medical Command and Chief of the U.S. Army Medical Corps. He oversees a
20-state region and has command oversight of 11 Military Treatment Facilities
in the region, including Madigan Army Medical Center. The region's headquarters
is located at JBLM.

Topic: An overview of the Western
Regional Medical Command and MG Thomas' command mission of overseeing the healthcare
delivery process for nearly 400,000 Service members, Retirees and their Family
members.
