Noteworthies with a Local Interest
Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel announced today that the President has nominated: Army Col. Willard M. Burleson III for appointment to the rank of brigadier general. Burleson is currently serving as deputy commander, 7th Infantry Division, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash.
