Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus and Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Jonathan Greenert announced today the following assignments:
Rear Adm. (lower half) Charles M. Gaouette will be assigned as commander, Carrier Strike Group Three, Bremerton, Wash. Gaouette is currently serving as deputy commander, U.S. Naval Forces, U.S. Central Command, Manama, Bahrain.
Rear Adm. (lower half) Patrick D. Hall will be assigned as commander, Carrier Strike Group Nine, Everett, Wash. Hall is currently serving as deputy director for operations, J3, Joint Staff, Washington, D.C.
