Featured in the Chamber's Live Wire blog, the proposed Ft. Lewis Lifestyles Center has entered a new phase of jawboning with The News Tribune's editorial this morning.
The DOA had issued a FONSI, an environmental determination which says no significant impacts are associated with the project.
